Standard orders $200.00 and above get Free Shipping!

Expedited Shipping:

  • Flat rate for all orders: $50.00 Shipping Cost

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Customers are responsible for paying any import fees required by their country.

Refused Packages & Customs Fees

If a customer refuses to pay customs charges, the parcel may be returned or disposed of. In such cases, a full refund is not guaranteed. Any fines, penalties, or return shipping fees will be deducted from the refund. If these costs exceed the order's value, we reserves the right to issue an additional invoice to cover the balance.

Customs Delays

Please note that during prolonged customs delays, the condition of products may deteriorate. We cannot issue refunds for items damaged or spoiled as a result of customs handling or extended clearance times.
